Q: What have you been up to this summer?
A: I am currently enrolled in 2 online courses, one is biology at MIT, the other is physiology from Duke. I’m currently doing a lot of virtual tours, panels for all the different colleges I want to apply to, and I’ve been doing a lot of research into that. I started my essays, they’ve all sucked, but it’s okay, we have time to figure it out! I also don’t know if I’m getting my letters of rec from the people I asked, so that’s a little nerve-wrecking. I’ve been cooking a lot more, because I’ve been trying to get my life back on track - I used to go to bed at 3am and wake up at like 1, so I’m trying to get my life back on track, to the point that I can wake up at 5 and start my day then.
Q: What have you been cooking?
A: I’ve been really into baking crepes lately, it’s really bad because my dad is diabetic, but oh well. I’ve been making banana chocolate chip cookies, he wanted those for his father’s day, but we ran out of sugar and chocolate chips [...] It’s okay though, I’ll bake them for him one day and be like, “Happy Father’s Day.” You know those meal boxes, like Hello Fresh type of stuff, I’m really into cooking those type of meals. It’s easier than choosing a recipe and buying all the ingredients, you can just buy it and have all the ingredients there already.

Q: What else have you been doing?
A: Okay, I’ve started like 10 different anime series at one time, and it’s been going great. I also started watching Queer Eye, and I’m watching season 2 of Dead To Me, and I’m thinking of going back to Grey’s Anatomy, cause I think I’m letting go of Grey’s Anatomy and I can’t let go of that part of my life that I spent so much time fangirling over.
